Capture Your Special Moments

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Clients may reschedule up to 72 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Copyright and Usage

TSVISUALS retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a license to use the images for personal use. Commercial use requires additional permission and may incur extra fees.

4. Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within 14 business days of the session via digital download. Rush processing is available for an additional fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for the scheduled session, communicating any specific shot requirements beforehand, and obtaining necessary permissions for location shooting.

6. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to perform due to illness, accident, or other cause beyond their control, TSVISUALS liability is limited to a full refund of all payments received.

7. Model Release

By booking a session, clients grant TSVISUALS permission to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before the session.
